Pergamon_Digital_Map_2_2025
The dataset provides the current version 2 (2025) of the Pergamon Digital Map, presenting all known architectural remains within the ancient city of Pergamon. It includes finalized plotted maps (PDF) in two scales (1:2000, 1:5000) and three languages (German, English, Turkish), as well as the underlying GIS data (GeoPackage and QGIS project file). The map integrates recent excavation data from the Pergamon Excavation of the German Archaeological Institute (DAI), the Bergama Museum, and earlier documentation to offer a comprehensive topographic and archaeological overview of the city and its surroundings.
